About the event

The 2nd Edition of the Water Transversality Global Awards and Conclave 2026, convened under the transformative theme “ESG Transversality for a Sustainable Water–Energy–Health–Environment Nexus”, was held on 6–7 March 2026 at the India International Centre, New Delhi, India. Organized by the India Water Foundation in collaboration with distinguished international and national institutions, the conclave emerged as a catalytic global platform redefining the discourse on sustainability governance through the prism of transversality, systems integration, and planetary resilience.

Through an expansive two-day programme comprising ministerial plenaries, leadership dialogues, policy roundtables, technical sessions, innovation forums, and cross-sectoral consultations, the conclave generated a powerful intellectual momentum toward mainstreaming nexus-based governance and embedding ESG principles into the architecture of sustainable development.

A defining contribution of the conclave was its conceptual repositioning of ESG from a narrowly compliance-oriented reporting framework into a transformative civilizational paradigm for responsible governance and regenerative development.
